Commercial Manager

Salary £50/55 K per annum DOE

The Commercial Manager is accountable for developing and driving the commercial agenda for the company. The role will be required to achieve the budgeted sales volume, ensuring cost and margin management in line with the company 5 year plan.

The role will be responsible for delivering the customer strategy, building strong enduring stakeholder relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service whilst building the reputation of Navara and establishing us as the first choice supplier in the oat milling market in the UK and Europe.

Production Operatives – Day and Weekend Opportunities

Salary from £28K per annum for days (FTE) 

Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally milling/grain milling, working with modern automated machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner and are able to deliver the daily production plan, achieving departmental KPI’s.

You will have the ability to demonstrate working to meet high standards, whilst being able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and enthusiasm for the role.

Working pattern: 40 hours per week.

Days – Monday to Friday rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Working pattern: 24 hours per week.

Weekend – Saturday and Sunday 6am – 6pm.

Material Handler – Rotating Day Shifts

Salary from £28K per annum for days (FTE) 

Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally warehousing, working with modern automated machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner and are able to deliver the daily production plan, achieving departmental KPI’s.

You will have the ability to demonstrate working to meet high standards, whilst being able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and enthusiasm for the role.

Whilst not essential a valid FLT license would be ideal.
