Shift Managers

Salary from £45,000 per annum (DOE) 

The Shift Manager is accountable for ensuring the efficient running of the on-site daily operational functions; this will encompass all routines throughout the milling, production, packaging, warehousing and despatch areas ensuring that high quality products are produced and that the team thrive to meet and exceed customer expectations, delivering on time in full whilst providing a first class experience.

The role will continually drive and implement required standards and establish, develop and achieve departmental KPI’s.

The role will lead the positive culture and values within the site, whilst leading and developing their teams to be the best they can be.

Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally milling/grain milling, working with modern machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner.

Production Operative

Salary £27,040 per annum

The Production Operative role is responsible for the efficient production of high quality products through various parts of the milling and production areas.  The role covers stabilising oat groats throughout the whole oat milling process as well as being part of the production of finished mill products (flaking and flour), all of which would meet with our customer defined requirements.

Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally milling/grain milling, working with modern machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner and are able to deliver the daily production plan, achieving departmental KPI’s.

You will have the ability to demonstrate working to meet high standards, whilst being able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and enthusiasm for the role.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, rotating on a 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shift pattern.
