Commercial Manager
Salary £50/55 K per annum DOE
The Commercial Manager is accountable for developing and driving the commercial agenda for the company. The role will be required to achieve the budgeted sales volume, ensuring cost and margin management in line with the company 5 year plan.
The role will be responsible for delivering the customer strategy, building strong enduring stakeholder relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service whilst building the reputation of Navara and establishing us as the first choice supplier in the oat milling market in the UK and Europe.

Hygiene Operative
Salary £28K per annum
We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Operative to join our team in delivering a range of quality products and services.
This is a hands on role of physical nature and will be working closely with the milling and production teams to ensure that the food production areas are clean and meet food and feed safety standards.

Role is an on-site role, Monday – Friday inclusive 0700-1500 hrs
Production Operatives
Salary £28K per annum
Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally milling/grain milling, working with modern automated machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner and are able to deliver the daily production plan, achieving departmental KPI’s.
You will have the ability to demonstrate working to meet high standards, whilst being able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and enthusiasm for the role.

Working pattern: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
Systems & Quality Support Leader
Salary From £35K per annum DOE
An exciting opportunity for a hybrid Technical Systems & Quality focus role. Reporting to the Head of Technical, this role drives the systems maintenance of Navara’s existing QMS while supporting quality management within the mill and warehousing.
We are looking for an experienced individual with knowledge of revising, maintaining and improving quality systems electronically to support the team in delivering a range of quality products and services.
The role will work closely with all departments to deliver the QMS and ensure Navara is always audit ready.
This role will proactively work with key stakeholders/teams across the business identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The role will support the operations in all thing’s quality within the processing areas, actively support root cause investigations and implementing preventative actions. This role will be a key member of the team, supporting complaints investigation, audit close out and adherence to existing standards.

Production Operatives – Weekend only shifts
We currently have part-time vacancies available – Saturday and Sunday shifts.
These positions are varied and will be flexible roles, operating between production and warehouse duties.
