Material Handler

Salary £27,040 per annum

A unique opportunity to join a start up business, be part of a newly formed team where we welcome previous skill and experience.  We will be able to provide multi-skilling opportunities in our state of the art facility.

This position is a varied and flexible role operating between warehouse duties, including the loading of vehicles for despatch and receipting/storing goods received, and our automated packing system.

Warehouse duties will include, removal of finished product from the production lines, stock counting activities, put aways, adhering to all our health & safety regulations,  ensuring that we deliver a first class service to all our customers.  As a team member you will be tasked with supply chain KPI’s and standards which are paramount successfully delivering OTIF.

The role is of a physical natures and with the varied accountabilities, flexibility and adaptability are a must.

Hygiene Operative

Salary £23,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Operative to join our brand new oat milling venture in Kettering.  Reporting to the Technical Manager, this is a hands-on role and a great opportunity to join this organisation during a time of growth and expansion.  We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Operative to support the team in delivering a range of quality products and services.

The role will be of a physical nature and will work closely with the Milling and Production teams to ensure that the food production areas are clean and meet food and feed safety standards.

This role will support compliance for environmental, food and feed safety and health and safety systems as well as opportunities for continuous improvement.

Health & Safety Manager

Salary £40,000 DOE per annum

This role would be the H&S lead and subject matter expert for the company, having a clear and solid understanding and knowledge of legalities, safety standards, guidance, rules, policy, principles and expectations.

The role will understand the safety responsibilities and expectations of all colleagues on site and have the ability to hold all accountable for their specific responsibilities and expectations. Monitor all work areas, identifying hazards investigating accidents, educating all colleagues on risk and take proactive necessary actions to fix any problems. The individual would have the ability to support and influence the businesses leadership team.

This would suit someone who can demonstrate strong leadership, be a team player working and engaging with all levels of the business to identify risks and resolve identified issues.  Develop and deliver a strong strategy for continuous improvement in health and safety and welfare culture through reducing risk, improving safety culture and improving safety performance.
