Health & Safety Manager

Salary £45,000 per annum DOE

A unique opportunity to join a newly formed business, being part of a team where we welcome previous skill and experience.

The role will lead the Health & Safety for the company, having the ability to support and influence the businesses leadership team.

The opportunity exists to develop and deliver a strong strategy for continuous improvement in health and safety and welfare culture through reducing risk, improving the safety culture and performance.

Being the health & safety lead and subject matter expert you will possess a clear and solid understanding and knowledge of legalities, safety standards, guidance, rules, policy, principles and expectations.

Multi-Skilled Engineer

Salary £DOE

A further opportunity has arisen in our Engineering Department for a multi-skilled engineer.  This role will be an essential part of the engineering team, ensuring the daily efficient operation of all equipment and machinery on site.  The engineering team are responsible for carrying out engineering maintenance (PPM’s), repair and/or installation duties as determined by business priorities, ensuring objectives on safety, quality and output are achieved.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in working within a food manufacturing industry.  They will be able to demonstrate operating and engaging effectively with colleagues and contractors whilst delivering day to day duties whilst maintaining high standards of food quality, maintenance and hygiene standards.

The role will be on a two week rotating shift pattern Monday-Friday;  week 1 – 6am-2pm and week 2 – 2pm-10pm.  Contact us for further detail.
