Senior Buyer

Salary £50K per annum

The Senior Buyer will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of all purchasing activity across raw materials, packaging, services and in-directs, ensuring that orders are placed on time, against agreed specifications, and at the best available terms within the parameters set by the business.

The role is process driven and operational and will manage supplier relationships, administering tender processes for in-direct and operational spend, maintaining accurate procurement data and delivering against KPI’s.

Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 2 years procurement/buying experience in a FMCG environment, ideally food manufacturing.

Business Systems Analyst

Salary £45K per annum DOE

This full time role will play an important part in shaping our success in the oat milling/food manufacturing industry.

The role serves the internal support for Navara’s business systems and data infrastructure, spanning IT support, production systems change management, business intelligence and ERP/EFACS development. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with strong business acumen, the ability to triage and coordinate across multiple external providers and a commitment to system reliability, data quality and continuous improvement.

Production Operatives

Salary £28K per annum

Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally milling/grain milling, working with modern automated machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner and are able to deliver the daily production plan, achieving departmental KPI’s.

You will have the ability to demonstrate working to meet high standards, whilst being able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and enthusiasm for the role.

Working pattern: 40 hours per week.   Monday to Friday rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Material Handler – Warehouse Operative

Salary £28K per annum

Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally milling/grain milling, working with modern automated machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner and are able to deliver the daily production plan, achieving departmental KPI’s.

You will have the ability to demonstrate working to meet high standards, whilst being able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and enthusiasm for the role.

Production Operatives – Weekend only shifts

We currently have part-time vacancies available – Saturday and Sunday shifts.

These positions are varied and will be flexible roles, operating between production and warehouse duties.

Ideally you would have experience in working in a food manufacturing environment, ideally milling/grain milling, working with modern automated machinery and equipment in a safe and high-quality manner and are able to deliver the daily production plan, achieving departmental KPI’s.

You will have the ability to demonstrate working to meet high standards, whilst being able to demonstrate flexibility and reliability and enthusiasm for the role.
